Welcome to franchise.deodap.com (“Website”), operated by Dabster International Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By registering and becoming a DeoDap Franchisee (“You”, “Franchisee”), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

• By joining the DeoDap Franchise program, you are granted non-exclusive rights to sell DeoDap products under the approved dropshipping model.
• You will operate as an independent business entity, not as an employee, partner, or agent of DeoDap.

Franchisees are allowed to use DeoDap’s brand name, logos, product images, descriptions, and promotional content only for business purposes directly linked to the Franchise program.

Franchisees are not allowed to use DeoDap’s content or name on their personal/private websites, and:

1. They must not use the word “DeoDap” in their domain name, business name, or private branding.
2. They must not create websites with similar styling, design, or appearance that may confuse customers into believing it is an official DeoDap website.
3. They must not make any misleading or unauthorized claims about partnership, ownership, or official association with DeoDap.

• DeoDap will provide updated product catalogs, pricing, and stock availability.
• Franchisees must follow pricing policies as instructed and are not permitted to modify product details, logos, or branding without prior written approval.

• All franchise fees, renewal charges, and applicable payments must be made on time as per Company policy.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of franchise rights.

• Orders will be processed through DeoDap’s fulfillment and logistics system.
• DeoDap is responsible for product dispatch and delivery. The Franchisee is responsible for sales, marketing, and customer acquisition.

• All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, product images, and marketing materials, remain the sole property of Dabster International Pvt Ltd.
• Franchisees are granted only limited rights for usage under this program.

• Franchisees must comply with all applicable laws, taxation rules, and e-commerce regulations.
• All marketing and customer communication must be transparent, professional, and in line with DeoDap’s brand values.
• Any misuse of the DeoDap name, misleading claims, or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate termination.

• Dabster reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Franchisee’s access to the program if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Upon termination, Franchisee must immediately stop using DeoDap’s name, content, and branding across all channels.

• Dabster is not responsible for any business risks, financial losses, or disputes arising between Franchisees and their customers.
• Dabster’s liability is limited to providing products and services as per the franchise agreement.

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
